Rod Stewart is known for dating a slew of sexy women and singing about it, so who better than to judge what makes a woman sexy then the rock icon himself?
Rod visited Piers Morgan Tonight yesterday and shared his view, based on experience, about women and sex appeal.
"I've been out with women who've been Playboy center-spreads. Absolutely gorgeous features, but no sex appeal," Rod explained.

"What to you is sexy?" host Piers Morgan asked.
"It's an inner thing, it's a look in the eye, it's almost a slight — get me right here — a slight sluttiness. Just a touch of it," he explained, adding, "Just a skirt a little bit too shorter than it should be. A glimpse of stocking, maybe," when asked how he defines "a slight sluttiness."
