Royal Couple Jets to Seychelles for Honeymoon

It's been more than a week since the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge tied the knot and they're finally being whisked away to their secret honeymoon location! Newlyweds Prince William and Kate Middleton can finally enjoy some R&R in the Indian Ocean.

According to the UK's Daily Mail, the royal couple has been whisked away to a private island in the Seychelles, located in the Indian Ocean. But wait, it gets better. They're apparently staying in a villa that will coast £4,000 each night! That's equivalent to over $6,500 USD each night! They were flown by private jet before hopping onto a helicopter from the mainland toward the tropical destination.

A spokesman for St James's Palace did not specifically confirm the destination which encompasses more than 100 islands but he did confirm the couple has departed for their honeymoon. "We are not confirming and we are not commenting on speculation on where they may be going on their private honeymoon, we are just confirming that they have gone." He added, "The couple have asked that their privacy be respected during their honeymoon."
