Royal Couple Leaves Buckingham Palace Post Wedding & Delays Honeymoon

The day after the Royal Wedding, Prince William and the now Duchess of Cambridge Catherine, formerly knows as Kate Middleton, left Buckingham Palace in London to catch a helicopter ride out of the city. But according to new reports, the couple isn’t planning on taking their honeymoon just yet!
"The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge have chosen not to depart for a honeymoon immediately. Instead, after spending the weekend privately in the United Kingdom, The Duke will return to work as a search and rescue pilot next week," a statement on the Official Royal Wedding site explained today via E! Online.

For now, William and Catherine plan to stay in England for the weekend at a private location and the site asks, "that their privacy be respected during the coming weekend and during their honeymoon."
Also seen leaving the palace was Kate’s sister Pippa Middleton and the rest of her family, including her parents Carole and Michael Middleton.
