GossipCop confirmed that Russell has been arrested in New Orleans after allegedly wrestling a paparazzi's cell phone and throwing it through a window! The comedian actually turned himself in.

This isn't the first scuffle he's had with photogs. In 2010, he got ruffled up at LAX airport after a photographer tried to shoot pictures of Katy Perry's skirt.
