Looks like everyone wants a little piece of Lady Gaga — some fans more die-hard than others. And the biggest fan might be a Russian billionaire who reportedly paid the singer a large lump sum to appear in her latest music video, "Alejandro." So how much did he allegedly dish out?

PopEater reports the stern-faced man in black leather commander uniform garb in is actually a Moscow-based billionaire.

The 30-year-old mystery man, identified only as "Arkady," is reportedly a huge fan of the signer and wanted desperately to be included in her latest 9-minute long video.
"Yes it was me in the clip, but I can't give further details," Arkady responded when asked for details.
