Ryan Gosling's fans have been rallying around the actor ever since he lost the coveted title of People's "Sexiest Man Alive" to Hollywood stud Bradley Cooper. But their pain doubled when Ryan was left off the list as a contender in the best actor category at the 84th Annual Academy Awards.
So, what does Ryan think about all this? Well the man of the hour has finally chimed in!
Although he wasn't present at the Screen Actors Guild Awards last night — he wasn't nominated for a SAG Award either — Ryan spoke out about his recent snubs at Thailand's Hua Hin International Film Festival this weekend.
First off, he addressed his sexy snub: "I voted for Bradley and I'm glad he won," Ryan told The Hollywood Reporter. Of course, Ryan speaks with grace and dignity, which is why we adore him so much!
As for whether or not he's upset that he wasn't included in the Oscars' best actor category for his performances in Drive, The Ides of March or Crazy, Stupid, Love, Ryan gave a simple and straighfroward answer, "No."
Well Ryan, we think you were snubbed, but we know your time will come! (As does your buddy, George Clooney).
