Ryan Murphy created some chaos when he said the original cast of Glee will be graduating in season three of the show. But now the creator of Glee is explaining that some of the current cast are not yet seniors, so only some will go while others will stay.

"Which I find strange because I’ve been saying it for years," Ryan told Entertainment Weekly of their reaction. "Maybe because the moment has come and people are like, “Wait! No!”

So, will the entire class graduate at the end of season three?

"To that I would say there are some people who are not seniors and there are some people that are REALLY intellectually challenged," Ryan explained. "Like, you know that Britney (Heather Morris) is pulling straight Fs."

So, who in the cast is not a senior?

Chord Overstreet is not a senior," he said. "I believe Darren Criss is not a senior. There’s a group of them. But this year we will be adding new people."

Amongst the newcomers will be the winner of Oxygen's The Glee Project and Ryan says they're also casting for two other female parts.
