Sacha Baron Cohen really does suffer for his art.
He was shot at while making Borat and arrested for gatecrashing a fashion show -- but we think this latest ordeal is the worst.
According to reports in the British press, Sacha decided that to play Austrian fashion reporter, Brüno, authentically for his next movie, he would have to bleach ALL his body hair.
And if that weren't bad enough on its own, he had an extreme allergic reaction to the peroxide!

Let's just say he couldn't sit down for several days.
“Shortly after having the procedure done he felt a burning sensation and it grew steadily worse," a newspaper quotes a source as saying.
“It was so severe around a certain part of his anatomy that he couldn’t sit down for three days.
“He had to make an emergency appointment with the doctors, who gave him some medication to counter the irritation."
We don't know who we feel worse for, Sasha or his poor girlfriend, Isla Fisher.
