Sam Lutfi, Britney Spears' former "manager," is wasting no time trying to get back into her life: just two days after a judge made the restraining order against him permanent, the svengali is filing an appeal.
Lutfi's lawyer, Bryan Freedman, told TMZ, "Never before in the history of the world has a restraining order been granted as a result of someone answering someone else's cries for help."
Freedman added, "The evidence showed it was Britney Spears reaching out to Mr. Lutfi and all he did was help her get a lawyer."

On April 28 the order was passed down in California court, ruling that Lutfi must remain 100 yards away from Brit for three years. At that time, the order will come up for review again.
