Samantha Ronson has officially been charged with two misdemeanors following her Aug. 1 DUI arrest.

Samantha was was her way from Las Vegas back to L.A. after a deejay gig when she was pulled over by California Highway Patrol officers around 9:48 a.m. on Aug. 1, E! News reports.
She reportedly failed a field sobriety test and blew a 0.08 on the Breathalyzer test.

No shocker here. Samantha, according to the San Bernardino County District Attorney's Office, has been charged with driving under the influence and driving with a blood-alcohol level of .08 percent or above.
If Samantha is found guilty on both counts, she could face up to six months in jail and a $1,000 fine.
