NEWSSandra's Drunk Driver Arraigned
Lucille Gatchell, the alleged drunk driver who hit Sandra Bullock and her husband, Jesse James, Friday night, was arraigned in court on Tuesday in Massachussetts.
The 64-year old woman pleaded 'Not Guilty' to a charge of driving under the influence and a marked lanes violation.
The Boston Herald is reporting that Gatchell's lawyer did, however, give a big 'thank-you' to Sandra and Jesse after the hearing, saying, "Miss Gatchell is very relieved that no one was injured. She also wants to express her gratitude to Ms. Bullock and Mr. James for what she understands was their concern for her well being after the accident."

Sandra and Jesse were not hurt in in Gloucester, Mass., after Gatchell's car crossed the center divider line and hit the couple's SUV head-on. Bullock is currently in Massachussetts shooting the film, The Proposal.
Gatchell is set to appear again in court for a pre-trial hearing on June 6.
