Sex and the City star Sarah Jessica Parker and hubby Matthew Broderick have listed their NYC townhouse to the tune of $25 million!

That's no small chunk of change for the starlet couple and their three kids, James Wilkie, Marion and Tabitha. Technically, according to the New York Observer, they didn't actually live in this pad right off posh Fifth Avenue.

Unlike most tiny apartments in the big apple, their 6,800-square foot home includes six bedrooms. Among them? A master suite that encompasses the fourth and fifth floor loft space. Now that's something Carrie Bradshaw would have gone gaga for!
Apparently they bought the digs for under $19 million in March 2011 but decided not to move in because there was a lack of privacy. Although they renovated it, they won't be able to enjoy the upgrades since they've listed it for sale. They will, however enjoy the fruits of their labor since they'll make a nice little (okay, huge) profit if a buyer pays the asking price.
