Sarah Jessica Parker greeted her fans as she left The Paley Center last night in NYC. SJP was happy to see her devoted fans; however, also likes her personal space. The actress was at an event to launch her latest collaboration with Bravo,  reality TV series Work of Art: The Next Great Artist.

Following in the lengthy list Bravo reality competition shows before it like Project Runway, Top Chef, Top Design, and Shear Genius, Work of Art showcases fourteen contemporary artists fighting for the chance for a solo exhibit at a nationally recognized museum and a cash prize, Guest of a Guest reports.

SJP told OK! recently at the Bravo Upfront party that she wants to use her celebrity platform to draw attention to the art world.

“There’s also countless artists who are working in obscurity, and I thought there was a time in our country where we supported our artists and wouldn’t it be great it we could go support artists and give them an audience,” she said. “And we could, as Americans learn about what it is to be an artist, and about art and how we feel about art.”
