Going to the doctor is never fun, but Sarah Jessica Parker knows her girls need to grow up strong and healthy! SJP, accompanied by a nanny (a mom only has so many hands!) took her twin girls Marion Loretta Elwell and Tabitha Hodge Broderick to a doc appointment in NYC today. We haven't seen much of the adorable little ladies, so it's fun to see them getting bigger and even more stylish!

Yesterday, dad Matthew Broderick had the fun task of escorting the couple's son James Wilkie to school in the pouring rain. We're glad the rain held off long enough this morning for the ladies' outing!
