After Sarah Palin announced she wasn't planning on running for president, she kind of slipped off the radar screen. The Fox News contributor has been pitching a follow up to her TLC show, Sarah Palin's Alaska, with producer Mark Burnett but right now they're not getting any takers.
The Hollywood Reporter
indicated they're pitching a show focused on her hubby Todd and his career as a championship snowmobile racer. Discovery Communications has passed and so has A&E Networks.
Apparently the hefty pricetag may have something to do with it. Her first reality show fetched more than $1 million for each episode! Sources indicate Sarah and Mark are asking for similar bank for the follow-up series.
Perhaps another reason is her fading star? One network insider told the Hollywood Reporter, "I think it's safe to say her time has passed."
What do you think? If there were another Sarah Palin show, would you turn on the tube or keep it off? Sound off in the comments!
