What happened to Scarlett Johansson's rep saying she's not dating Sean Penn? It sounds like it might be time to accept that Scarlet and Sean may be more than just good friends.

Since January, Scarlett and Sean have been spending time together and this past weekend they were still going strong — very strong.
The stars, according to E! News, went to dinner together with some friends on Saturday night at Cecconi's in West Hollywood and got a little flirty.
"They looked really happy together," an onlooker a few tables over said. "They playfully touched each other a few times. They were really just laughing, and it seemed like they were having a lot of fun together."

Photographers captured Sean and Scarlett leaving in the same car and Scarlett reportedly sat on his lap while leaving.
But back in February, Scarlett's rep told E! News, “Scarlett and Sean are not dating — they have been friends for years,” her rep says. “Nothing more, nothing less.”

“They have been talking over the last few months regarding Haiti Relief and Scarlett’s upcoming trip to Haiti as Oxfam’s Global Ambassador,” the rep explained.
