Life is both sweet and sour for Kourtney Kardashian’s beau – and father of her 17-month-old son Mason - Scott Disick.
When the reality star, 27, appears Saturday at The Pool After Dark at Harrah’s Resort in Atlantic City, the event sells out – but disappointed fans shriek “I want Kourtney!” to his face. (She’s home in L.A.)
Still, it’s a small price to pay. The Keeping Up With The Kardashians star has evolved from bad boy to father-of-the-year contender since he took up with her in 2007.
“It took a lot of time for me to grow up, but I finally have come to the place in my life where I realize what’s important, and I’m more than grateful for all those things,” he tells me. “Life is good. Taking the right path is probably the best thing I could’ve ever done.”
Although he recently got the blessing of Kourtney’s mom, Kris Jenner, when it comes to tying the knot with the 32-year-old beauty, he’s in no hurry.

“I mean, honestly, I think everybody probably sees marriage in their future, and I love Kourtney more than anything in the world,” he says. “If we get married, that would be one more thing that I would add to the list of the best things that have ever happened to me. We’ll see if that comes. Of course, we haven’t ruled it out, but we’re happy the way we are, so I can’t really say what I want next, but if it happens, it’s something else that’s great in my life.”
More babies is another thing we can expect from the reality duo.
“Oh, I would love to have more kids,” he says.” Of course, there were times that were scary to be a father, but when I had Mason, it all changed. I have the greatest baby in the world, if you ask me, and having another – and a sibling for him – is only something I can only think of very highly.”
But for now, he’s relishing his time with little Mason.
“He’s so amazing in so many ways,” he gushes. “I’m sure he’ll be so much of a better person than I could’ve ever imagined to be. I love him so much, and he’s going to be the best person that I could ever imagine.”
