American Idol winner Scotty McCreery made a guest appearance on Live! With Regis and Kelly today to talk about his run on the hit Fox singing competition and the rumor that continues to circulate that he and Idol runner-up Lauren Alaina are dating.
"We're good friends," Scotty told a very interested Regis Philbin. "I mean, really, we're like brother and sister."
