Looks like Sean Penn's temper has sparked some more legal woes for the actor. According to a new lawsuit, the Oscar-winner threatened to kill a paparazzo if he ever ran into him again, TMZ reports.
Photographer Jordan Dawes alleges he was filming a documentary about paparazzi last October in Brentwood, Calif. when Sean suddenly began "kicking and punching" him, according to a law suit obtained by TMZ.
The suit was filed in L.A. County Superior Court, and Dawes claim Sean broke his camera and then said, "The next time I see you, you will be in a box."
Dawes claimed he required knee surgery as a result of the alleged attack.
In February, Sean was charged with criminal battery and vandalism over the incident back. That case remains pending.
