Sean Penn's 16-year-old son, Hopper Jack, was arrested last week at the school he attends in Malibu, reports RadarOnline.com.
The Harvey Milk star's son was taken into custody by the L.A County Sheriff's department. Because he's a minor, the authorities won't release any details about the arrest or whether any charges have been filed.
A police source confirmed to RadarOnline.com that Hopper was busted at school.
