NEWSSearch on for Daniel's Mystery Woman

It's like something out of a movie — a famous young actor spies a lovely woman across the room at a party, but fate intervenes and the two never meet. And now, unable to forget this mystery woman, the actor turns to the world to help find her.
Except this isn't a movie — it really happened to Harry Potter star Daniel Radcliffe.
But unlike his on-screen alter-ego, this 18-year-old superstar, who says he met just such a woman at an Australian Film Institute event, can't just wave a wand to solve his problems.
"There was one girl," Daniel recalls wistfully in an interview with Australia's Daily Telegraph. "Oh my god, she had these eyes that just looked at me like she wanted to pounce on me... She stared at me the whole night and I was going to get her number and then I couldn't find her.
"I must have walked around that party for an hour trying to look for this girl, like some sad pathetic dweeb," he continues. "But it would have been so worth it."
