Can't get enough of the royals? A just-released vintage family video — from 1985 — shows Prince William and Prince Harry as toddlers, playing with their mom Princess Diana and dad Prince Charles.

"He's very enthusiastic about things, he pushes himself right into it," Diana, then only 24, says of her oldest son William in the home video shown on the Today show. "He's not at all shy and very polite."

The video also gives insight into Charles and Diana's marriage.

They married in a lavish royal ceremony in 1981 — and when asked to reflect on it they both shiver!

"Enjoy something like that?" she questioned during the interview. "It was terrifying! It was such a long walk down that aisle for a start."

But Prince Charles focused on the sentimental value behind the event.

"I did enjoy it enormously," he said. "I kept telling myself to remember it for as long as I could because it was such a unique experience."

William just had a royal wedding of his own in April, marrying the newly crowned Duchess of Cambridge Kate Middleton!
