Following young starlet Dakota Fanning's Cosmopolitan February cover debut is 19-year-old Selena Gomez for the March issue. The "Who Says" singer is gracing the women's magazine in a provactive pose wearing a sexy pink dress.

In the new issue of Cosmopolitan, Selena opens up about her relationship with the very famous 17-year-old heartthrob, Justin Bieber. And yes, they are in love.
“I’m just like every 19-year-old girl," Selena explains to the magazine. "If you’re in love, you’re in love to the fullest, and you just want to go to the movies, hang out, and be as normal as possible."
Luckily, Justin feels the same way.
She adds, "I’m fortunate that I’ve found someone who has that philosophy.”
