Admitting she's made a sex tape (or two or three) isn't what's bugging Shauna Sand these days -- it's that she didn't give permission for said video to be released to the public by Vivid Entertainment that's got her up in arms.
"Yes, I did make a sex tape with my boyfriend earlier this year," the mother of Lorenzo Lamas' three daughters admits to TMZ. "In fact I've made several sex tapes, but I certainly didn't sign off on this and Vivid has no right to put it out. I am trying to get a hold of my attorney now."

Vivid is planning to release the video on Oct. 19, and founder Steven Hirsch feels pretty good about their chances in a fight against Shauna.
"We were approached by a third party, who brought us footage of Shauna having sex with her current boyfriend and we were immediately interested in acquiring it," he tells TMZ. "We're comfortable with our legal position in releasing this footage."
