Oct. 26 2009, Published 3:30 p.m. ET
Remember how Shauna Sand was all, "I certainly didn't sign off on this sex tape" and sent Vivid Entertainment a cease and desist letter after learning of their plans to release it? Turns out, she did indeed apply her John Hancock to certain documents involving the tape, TMZ reports.
Steven Hirsch, the co-chairman of Vivid Entertainment, brought in a handwriting expert to prove Shauna really did sign off on the movie.

After a meeting with her on Thursday, Hirsch tells TMZ that Shauna has withdrawn her cease and desist letter from her lawyer.
Shauna's reason for withdrawing the letter? Because a legal battle would be "long and expensive," according to Hirsch.
