Simply Delicioso Gets Second Season

Seems like only yesterday I was celebrating the launch of ’s Simply Deliciosio, her new cooking show on the Food Network. It was in the network’s New York City test kitchen, and I took along my food-obsessed friend Rebecca so we could save a couple of bucks gorging ourselves on free salmon with citrus glaze and an avocado puree on plantain chips. The Colombian-raised expert was thrilled to bring her Latin-inspired cuisine to the network. “I’m so grateful for this amazing opportunity,” she had said. Well, Ingrid must be doubly pleased now that Simply Delicioso has been picked for a second season. During forkfuls of mango slaw, I took a quick breather to ask Ingrid if there was any hunky A-lister’s kitchen she’d like to work her magic in, and who did she pick?
