Looks like Nicole "Snooki" Polizzi has learned a lesson from Hollywood socialites like Lindsay Lohan — how to skip out on a court date. The Jersey Shore guidette did not attend her municipal court hearing in Seaside Heights, N.J. and had her attorney submit please on her behalf. Snooki's lawyer has entered not-guilty pleas on behalf of the guidette's three charges, according to the Associated Press.
She was arrested last month and charged with disorderly conduct and creating a public nuisance.
According to prosecutors, Snooki may also face an additional charge of annoying people at the beach in the popular Jersey Shore town where she caused all the commotion — Seaside Heights is the beach town where all the MTV drama unfolds for the cast.

Her trial is scheduled for Sept. 8.
The cast's return from the beaches of Miami to the shore has definitely ignited some legal woes for a couple members of the group.
On Sunday, Ronnie Ortiz-Magro was taken into custody for unpaid parking tickets.
Is this just coincidental or do arrests make for good reality TV?
