Snooki Slammed With Counter Lawsuit

Nicole "Snooki" Polizzi seems to have gotten into a bit of hot water. And by that we mean a multi-million dollar lawsuit! 

According to The New York Post, she was slammed with a counterclaim in her legal endeavors with a licensing company, SRG Ventures. OK! NEWS: SNOOKI SHOWS OFF HER SKINNY FRAME ON TWITTER The Jersey Shore star partnered with SRG to launch a ton of Snooki merchandise last year, but in October she filed a suit to end her contract by alleging it didn't fulfill its obligations to land enough money or branding partnerships. Well, SRG spoke back in the way of its $7-million counterclaim against Snooki and her management company. They say she sabotaged the deal by negotiating with brands behind its back!  OK!
