Sofia Vergara is Engaged to Nick Loeb!

A month after the pair reunited following a brief split, Sofia Vergara and her beau Nick Loeb are engaged, a source confirms to OK!.

According to the insider, the big moment happened at Rosewood Mayakoba in Riviera Maya, Mexico where Sofia is celebrating her 40th birthday with family and close friends, including her Modern Family cast mates Jesse Tyler Ferguson, Julie Bowen and Sarah Hyland. "Nick popped the question yesterday while at the Mayan archeological ruins of Chichen Itza with the entire birthday entourage," the source explains to OK!.

In a photo posted by her friend Fernando Fiore, Sofia is sporting a huge sparkler on her left hand while toasting to her former Fuera de Serie co-star's birthday. 

The Modern Family star met businessman Nick at a Golden Globes after party back in 2010 and began dating him shortly after. The pair recently called it quits in May after Sofia allegedly gave Nick an ultimatum: Marry me or we're breaking up.

They rekindled their romance a few weeks later and are obviously ready to make their relationship official.

This will be the second marriage for Sofia, who has a 20-year-old son Manolo with her ex-husband Joe Gonzalez, whom she married as a teen.
