Fresh off the hot ratings for Lindsay Lohan's hosting gig and this past weekend with Jonah Hill, Modern Family star Sofia Vergara will host SNL next month.

According to Celebuzz, Sofia will visit 30 Rock on April 7, with the British boy band One Direction as musical guest.
