What's yours is yours and what's mine is mine. Sandra Bullock and Jesse James reportedly signed a prenuptial agreement before marrying in 2005.

"They keep everything separate," a source close to Sandra and Jesse told E! News. "She has her money and he has his. They both wanted it that way."

The couple reportedly agreed before marrying to keep their business holdings and finances separated. Although it is unknown whether Sandra and Jesse will be filing for divorce, the prenup could make it easier if they do.

According to the source, they were financially self-sufficient and Sandra "has never taken a dime" from Jesse's business.

Even their shared home was only owned by one person.

The home they share in Orange County, Calif., belongs entirely to Jesse. Property records show Jesse and his former wife Janine Lindemulder originally signed the deed to the property, but following their divorce, Janine sold her share to Jesse.

Sandra "has always kept her own home in the Hollywood Hills," the source said, among other properties.
