Although the hosts of Jojo, Reagan and the Mix Morning Show are pushing him to cough up $1,000 from a bet he made on their show, Spencer Pratt says he's the one who should be walking away with a pocketful of cash, and he's got a tape to prove it!
Last week Spencer bet the hosts on-air that his wife Heidi Montag's performance on this year's Miss Universe was the most watched TV event of all time. The radio show hosts did some digging and found that Princess Di's funeral was the most watched.

But Spencer isn't paying up — he says he listened to the tape and that he actually said "performance," and not "event." He tells TMZ he's going to send his bodyguard Big D to the radio station to get the money.
Wonder if there might happen to be some paparazzi present for the big moment?
