As the entire cast of The Hills gathered to say goodbye to the MTV reality show last night, Spencer Pratt — who was conspicuously uninvited — stayed true to form by gatecrashing the event and causing a huge scene in the process.

Camping out at The Roosevelt Hotel where the event was held, Spencer was kicked out at 3 p.m. Shortly after he returned and ordered drinks for everyone at the bar when his card was denied, an eyewitness tells OK!.

The onlooker adds that while his old co-stars walked the red carpet, Spencer hung around the opposite side of the street dressed as an elderly man in a gray wig and aviator sunglasses, before finally being removed from the property by security for "erratic behavior" at around 7:30 p.m.

His sister Stephanie Pratt was visibly disturbed by Spencer's behavior but only told reporters, "I miss my brother and that’s really all I am going to say about it."

While his old buddy Brody Jenner praised the attention-seeking character: "I think that Spencer was a very big part of this show and I would personally love to have him here and celebrate the show," he told reporters.

"You know it's sad, I don't know if he was invited or not, or what the situation was... but if he's here good for him and I hope he celebrates and has a good time... me and him we have no bad blood. At least that I know of. I've known Spencer for a very long time... and I love him and I wish him the best."
