We sure hope Ashley Greene was able to find something green to wear today! The Twilight star was one of many to take to their Twitter accounts today to Tweet Happy St. Patrick's Day to their fans. We're glad she seems to be in good spirits despite her recent split from Joe Jonas. But her co-star, Peter Facinelli did her one better and Tweeted a little update from the set of Breaking Dawn!
