Despite declaring her commitment to road safety after the death of a high school friend in a car accident, Spencer Pratt's little sister Stephanie Pratt was arrested on suspicion of drunk driving on Oct. 18.
"I'm a party pooper tonight," Stephanie told E! News on Oct. 17. "I got bad news this morning. A friend passed away in a car accident, so everyone needs to drive safe."
She seems to have forgotten her own good advice at Holly Montag's party that night at Hollywood hotspot, Empire.
"its my sissy @hollymontags bday party!" the 23-year-old Tweeted at 1.08am on Oct. 18, "just finished dinner and going to Empire but im pretty tired aka yes i am the party pooper :("
But, rather than heading home Stephanie and her fellow partygoers went to Beso for an hour. When Stephanie finally took off she was arrested at 3.45am.
She was booked at Van Nuys jail on suspicion of driving under the influence and was released a few hours later after posting $5,000 bail, reports the Associated Press.

Stephanie recently admitted that she's planning to leave MTV's smash hit, The Hills, currently in its sixth season.
