Just like the rest of us, Stephanie Pratt is experiencing the non-negotiable side of the law: After blowing an .08 and .09 two weeks ago when she was pulled over at 3:45 a.m., she's been charged with suspicion of DUI, TMZ reports.
In California, the legal limit is .08. Since Stephanie blew exactly that (and just over) on her two breathlyzer tests, she had to be charged.
Stephanie was pulled over after attending pal and fellow The Hills alum Holly Montag's birthday party in Hollywood.
