'Survivor' Winner Rob Mariano on Victory: "Now I'm on a Level Playing Field With My Wife"

Rob Mariano may have won Survivor: Redemption Island by a landslide last night, but he still isn't the first member of his household to hold a Survivor champion title — his wife Amber Brkich is! The Boston native won the competition during his fourth time on the show and discussed this morning on CBS' The Early Show about finally being equal to his wife!

"For the past seven years, I've had to hear it in my own house," Rob said on the morning program. "It wasn't so much about the money — she's getting the check anyway. But now I'm at least on a level playing field with my wife when it comes to winners in the Survivor household."

The couple competed together on season seven of the Amazing Race. They have two daughters together.
