The Suspended Fate of Jon & Kate Plus 8

During last night's hour-long Q&A special episode of Jon & Kate Plus 8, Kate Gosselin seemed resigned to the fact that the show might go off the air forever, as Jon and TLC are embroiled in a legal battle. "It has done nothing but provide positive experiences ... I'm really just sad to see it go." But will it stay off the air for good?
The outlook doesn't seem so sunny, as a spokesperson for TLC tells HollywoodLife.com of the special, "You Ask, Kate Answers": "This is the last episode for which we have completed filming; we remain suspended."

Jon and the network are fighting over allowing the eight kids to be filmed. TLC claimed Jon was in "breach of contract" and booted him from the show, and announced they'd be calling it Kate Plus 8. That was when Jon decided to announce that the show was bad for his kids, and barred TLC from the family property.
