For some, reaching the coveted rank of America's Favorite Weather Man would be enough...
But, oh no, not for Al Roker it's not. Yesterday, the multi-talented meteorologist launched his first foray into fiction writing: The Morning Show Murders.
We hear that at least one of his Today Show co-hosts who turned out to help him celebrate the publication of the novel suspected that Al might have got a helping hand along the way.

One Meredith Vieira joked to Al: "I looked at your schedule and how much you work during the course of the day, the number of jobs that you have — and I realized, you didn't write one [expletive] word of it!"
Other Today Show stars Matt Lauer, Ann Curry, Hoda Kotb, Natalie Morales, and Amy Robach — plus his wife Deborah — also came along to SushiSamba in New York to toast the budding author.
