Taylor Armstrong Gets Interviewed & Reveals She Wears Russell's Wedding Ring

In an exclusive interview with Taylor Armstrong, the Real Housewife spoke up for the first time publicly since Russell Armstrong's suicide on August 15. Still wearing a wedding band, she indicated it's "comforting" to "wear his wedding ring" and to stay in the house they lived in together.

Taylor told Entertainment Tonight, "For me, I need his energy around me and around our daughter." Their five year-old daughter, Kennedy, recently started kindergarten.

Nancy O'Dell met the Real Housewife for the very first time as she conducted the interview and according to RadarOnline the host indicated the grieving widow is "fragile...she's very in tune with her feelings...she speaks very intelligently."

Nandy added that Taylor didn't hold back when it came to the alleged physical abuse she suffered from Russell. The show checked in with a New York reconstructive surgeon in order to review the CT scans of the 40 year-old's injuries.

Indicating the injuries were "caused by blunt trauma -- usually by a fist," he added the attack could have resulted in blindness. The physician didn't treat Taylor but he did comment on the scans.

Nancy also pointed out that Taylor's "trying to walk on eggshells, as she did during her marriage, with her daughter."

The interview will air on Entertainment Tonight on Tuesday, September 20.
