Ted Williams Taking His Golden Voice to Rehab

National fame has forced Ted Williams to deal with his addictions. The homeless man turned YouTube phenomenon is going to rehab for drug and alcohol treatment.
Ted is reportedly headed to rehab now, Gossip Cop reports.
The Brooklyn native found his life turned upside down after a video featuring his perfect radio voice went viral on the Internet. He went from panhandling on the streets of Columbus, Ohio to national fame in less than 24 hours.
Ted was very open about his past battle with drug and alcohol addiction, but at first the Internet sensation claimed he was out of the woods.

He recently taped three segments over the weekend with Dr. Phil, and in tomorrow's episode of the talk show, Ted admits he still has a problem with alcohol.
According to a press release for the show, via TMZ, Ted "has been drinking daily, despite his adamant claims of sobriety."

On Monday night, Ted and his daughter Janey were briefly detained by the L.A. police department following their altercation at the Renaissance hotel in Hollywood. After an investigation, police determined no crime was committed by either party and no charges were issued.
