Teen Mom 2 star Jenelle Evans might be regaining custody of her son Jace! In a preview clip of the season finale posted on Radar, the star's mother Barbara Evans agreed that she would transition custody of Jace back to Jenelle within the year!

This is HUGE news considering the dramatic past that Barbara and Jenelle share. The clip previews Barbara breaking down into tears while explaining to Jenelle that she sees a promising change in her behavior and that she's "grown up."

"Finally, I can see it. We’re going to work on this as a plan," says Barbara to Jenelle.
The star's mother gets even more emotional when she brings up her special relationship with her grandson Jace and having him leave her care. “It will break my heart to have him feel like I abandoned him or I just threw him away," she cries.
