NEWS'Teen Mom 2' Star Jenelle Evans Tests Positive for Drugs, Violates Probation

Jenelle Evans may be headed for some more serious legal trouble. The Teen Mom 2 violated her probation after testing positive for THC.
Jenelle, 19, was found in violation of her probation according to a July 15 violation report stating that the mom has not paid all her court fees and tested positive for THC — the main substance found in marijuana.
"The defendant tested positive for THC on 7/13/2011 and admitting to using same," the violation report, obtained by Radar Online, reads. "The defendant was discharged from inpatient drug treatment on 6/7/2011 and recommended aftercare/discharge plan was not followed. Since the defendant's discharge from inpatient treatment she has failed to follow up with any aftercare."

Jenelle owes $320 in court and probation supervision fees.
A hearing on the charges of her probation violation has been set for Aug. 24.
