It's Teen Mom 2 star Leah Messer's twins' birthday! Aleeah and Aliannah turn two-years-old today and Leah's beau Jeremy Calvert took to his Twitter to share his love of his "baby girls."
"Happy Birthday Ali and Aleeah!" Jeremy Tweeted, "You girls mean the word to me. I love you both beyond words! Sleep tight babygirls."

Jeremy, 22, has been dating Leah, 19, since July and reportedly the two have already been talking marriage, even though her divorce from baby daddy Corey Simms was only finalized six months ago in June.
