'Teen Mom' Jenelle Evans Gets One Year Restraining Order Against Ex Fiancé Gary Head

Teen Mom Jenelle Evans got a one year restraining order against her ex-fiancé Gary Head following a violent physical altercation that took place on June 24 when the Marine allegedly beat the realty star and tried to strangle her with a bed sheet.

A source tells RadarOnline.com, “Jenelle is afraid of Gary. "She was viciously attacked by him and she is really frightened that he is going to come after her again, that’s why she got the restraining order.”

Her ex is now no longer allowed to contact her in person, via the phone, online or through a third party.

“She doesn’t ever want to talk to Gary again, she just hopes that he obeys the law and stays away from her," the source says. "She knows that the restraining order is just a piece of paper but she feels safer knowing that he can’t and shouldn’t come near her.”

Meanwhile, Jenelle is back with her on and off again boyfriend Kieffer Delp and she's trying to clean up her image so she can regain custody of her son Jace, 3, from her mom.
