'Teen Mom' Star Amber Portwood Goes Back to Jail

It's like deja vu all over again! Literally.

Teen Mom star Amber Portwood has returned to jail merely one week after being released.

OK! NEWS: TEEN MOM STAR AMBER PORTWOOD BACK IN JAIL!

According to E! News, Amber was booked after 5 p.m. yesterday on two contempt-of-court charges. Her brother told the site, "Amber finally had enough. The system failed her, and that is all I can say."

Offering some compassion, he added, "I really feel for my sister. She does not deserve to be there or anything that has happened to her. She is there because of who she is."

Keep in mind this is right on the heels of last week's jail stint. She broke her probation for failing to appear in an Indiana courtroom in December following her arrest for drug possession.
