That's Mr. Creative Chairman Snoop Dogg to You

Just call him Mr. Chairman -- Snoop Dogg (aka Calvin Broadus) has gone from being a hip hop icon to a hip hop icon who is also the Creative Chairman of EMI Music's Priority Records.
EMI announced today that Snoop will executive produce commemorative releases for the rap label, which celebrates its 25th anniversary next year. His first project? A new studio album of his own, Malice n Wonderland, in December.

Snoop's duties as creative chairman will include overseeing the relaunch of the Priority legacy.
"The world knows and loves Snoop as a unique and undeniably influential artist. His innate understanding of the urban music scene and his ability to strike a chord with fans, time and again are why he has built a successful career," said Nick Gatfield, President, New Music for EMI Music in North America, UK & Ireland.
