The name of the baby, who weighed in at 8 pounds and six ounces, has yet to be announced by the palace—Kate gave birth naturally after approximately ten hours of labor.
Unlike with other celebrities, it's not expected that we'll be seeing the royal baby any time soon. Pics of Prince William emerged when he was about six months old, and he didn't make his first official appearance at a royal event until age 8.

So ends the first (but hopefully not last!) pregnancy of the internationally beloved couple, the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge.
