Your favorite shows, broken down by OK!’s Derek Ivie and the TV Fanatic!

30 Rock: “Even though Seinfeld made an appearance I don't think it made a difference. His first two scenes were brief and his jokes were weak. Other than that the show was great! Everyone at the TGS set has returned back from their summer hiatus and most people are a mess. Jenna Maroney (Jane Krakowski) has returned, and we learn that she spent her summer starring in a hilarious production of Mystic Pizza: The Musical. Eating four slices of pizza a performance has left her a little hefty (didn't that just happen to Amanda in Ugly Betty?). Tina Fey still makes the show quick and witty, and I think we need to see more flash backs of cynical ‘Little Liz.’" – Derek

Grey's Anatomy: "It's the ‘Just Say No’ episode as a meth-addicted baby makes everyone confront their addictions. Cristina can't get enough work, exchanging wedding gifts for surgery assignments. She may be brokenhearted, but that ain't gonna stop her from cutting someone open! Bailey's

jonesing for a shot of power. Loved that Karev let her get off by telling him off. Lexie’s got it bad for her big sis Meredith, but gets shut down hard. Cut your mini-me some slack Mere; dad may have abandoned you, but family's still priceless. George needs another shot of Izzie. I'm hating on them even more now that their love is mutual and leaving my normally strong girl Callie one breakdown away from a chief resident resignation. Dr. McDreamy may be a brain surgeon, but he sure loses his where Meredith's concerned. Can we stage an intervention to help him get his kahonas back? Highlight of the night: Broadway legend Ben Vereen guest stars. Only thing that could have been better is if he sang his lines." – TV Fanatic

The Office: “First things first: Pam and Jim have made The Office for me for the past two weeks. When everyone finds out about their relationship Phyllis' proud grandmother expression is exactly how I feel! Ryan comes back and tries to push Blackberries and a website on Dunder Mifflin's Scranton branch. ‘Dunder Mifflin Infinity’ will be what launches the company into the future. Unfortunately I have to say that I am thoroughly annoyed by Ryan, his beard and his fancy $200 haircut! Of course Michael wants nothing to do with the changes (ageism!). By the way Garbage, the feral barn cat that Dwight captures for Angela, will never replace Sprinkles no matter how great his raccoon killing abilities may be!” – Derek
