Before all the controversy and the mistresses, Tiger Woods was the youngest-ever – and first African American – Masters champion at age 21. His world came crashing down in 2009 when his double life was exposed for the world to see. It all happened after a car accident, the mistresses surfaced and his double life was out in the open. Under his belt, Tiger had 14 championships at the time. He later made a public apology to his family, everybody who had believed in him and essentially, the world. He and wife, Elin Nordegren officially divorced in 2010 and issued a joint statement saying "We are sad that our marriage is over and we wish each other the very best for the future."
